Because eCodiya delivers 100% complete, unencrypted, and uncompiled digital software packages that are downloaded immediately upon payment, sales of ready-made digital products are generally non-returnable once the ZIP file has been accessed or downloaded.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our engineering with a **Technical Resolution Guarantee**.
2 When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Critical Code Flaw / Defect: If the codebase contains a critical architectural error or missing core module described in the technical specs that our development team is unable to fix or patch within 48 hours of your report.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a network timeout or duplicate gateway callback.
- Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If you cancel a custom software engineering contract before our development team initiates the initial sprint milestone.
3 Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved by our support team, refunds are processed via our Razorpay merchant dashboard directly back to your original source of payment (UPI VPA, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card).
Depending on your issuing bank, the funds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive automated confirmation via WhatsApp and Email.
