Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing eCodiya (the "Platform"), purchasing ready-made source codebases, subscribing to cloud SaaS products, or hiring our custom software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue platform access immediately.
2 Commercial Source Code License
All downloadable software packages purchased through eCodiya include 100% unencrypted, full source code and grant you a **perpetual, commercial, non-exclusive lifetime license**:
- Permitted: You may modify, customize, rebrand, and deploy the source code on unlimited personal domains and commercial client websites.
- Permitted: You may white-label and charge your end-clients for hosted solutions, customizations, and SaaS subscriptions built on the codebase.
- Strictly Prohibited: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, leak, or upload the unmodified raw source code to public repositories, torrent networks, or competing digital marketplaces.
3 Automated Payment & Asset Delivery
All transactions are securely processed in INR (₹) via our payment partner Razorpay supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
Upon confirmed payment capture via server webhooks, our automated delivery engine immediately binds the asset to your customer account and generates a signed, direct ZIP download stream.
4 Custom Development & Support Retainers
Custom software engineering contracts (CRMs, multi-tenant SaaS, REST APIs, or script modifications) are delivered based on agreed technical specifications, sprint milestones, and WhatsApp/Email scope documentation.
Add-on server setup packages (cPanel/VPS deployment, database migration, SSL setup) include one-time deployment and testing. Ongoing maintenance is provided under monthly retainer SLAs.
5 Limitation of Liability
While all codebases are thoroughly tested and adhere to modern security practices (OWASP standards, CSRF protection, SQL injection prevention), eCodiya shall not be held liable for indirect server downtime, hosting provider configuration issues, or third-party API deprecations beyond our reasonable control.
6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
